Receiptify is an online tool located at https://receiptify.co/ and available in the code format here that helps you generate stylish, receipt-like images containing your most-played songs, artists, genres, and more on Spotify over different periods.
The idea for Receiptify came from our founder, Michelle Liu, a student at the University of Pennsylvania. As a music lover and Spotify user, she wanted to create a concept through a receipt that can be a powerful way to capture moments and stories over time.
With her passion for coding and design and inspired by @albumreceipts, she combined these two things in a shareable format and developed Receiptify. So that anyone can “collect” these moments and share them with family and friends.
This application is simple to use – just log in with your Spotify account, choose the period you’d like to generate a receipt for, and let Receiptify do the rest utilizing Spotify’s API!
Since its launch in September 2020, Receiptify has gained popularity among music enthusiasts worldwide, with thousands of users sharing their receipts on platforms like Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
